iConnect LTE + SIM Card

The iConnect device is an industrial IoT solution designed to monitor and control sensors and systems through a reliable, cloud-connected interface. The device provides data collection and communication over LTE-M to the cloud while offering multiple sensor interfaces. The configuration and firmware updates are managed wirelessly via Over-the-Air (OTA) updates, ensuring ease of use and adaptability.

This device comes with basic firmware that provides reading of a 1-wire temperature sensor, RS485 to MQTT converter, thermocouple support, and 4-20mA support. This firmware can be updated at any time with a custom one suitable for the client's requirements.

Power Supply

Backup Battery (1000mAh)

The iConnect device is equipped with a 1000mAh backup battery to maintain functionality during brief power interruptions. In the event of a power failure, the battery ensures operation for up to 12 hours depending on the power consumption of connected sensors and devices. The system seamlessly switches to backup power without any user intervention

Cloud Communication

The device communicates with the cloud using LTE-M, a low-power wide-area (LPWA) technology specifically designed for IoT devices. LTE-M offers low latency, extended coverage, and energy efficiency making it ideal for remote and industrial applications.

With every iConnect device, you’ll receive a free SIM card preloaded with enough data to last for the next 10 years - so you can enjoy seamless connectivity without worrying about ongoing costs or top-ups.

IoT Cloud

The iConnect device automatically transmits data to our secure cloud platform, the IoT Center. There, all information is collected, processed, and displayed in an intuitive interface. You can set thresholds, receive instant SMS and email alerts, and conveniently manage and control all your devices from one central dashboard. Encryption

All communication between the device and the cloud is secured with AES-256 encryption, ensuring data integrity and protection from unauthorized access.

Over-the-Air (OTA) Configuration and Firmware Updates

The iConnect device supports Over-the-Air configuration and firmware updates, allowing users to remotely configure the device and update firmware without physical access to the device.

iConnect + 5W Solar Panel (optional)

With the combination of iConnect and a 5W solar panel, you achieve a virtually endless power supply and continuous data transmission – even during the darker winter months. The efficient energy management of iConnect ensures that the harvested solar energy is stored and used optimally, keeping your devices online and transmitting reliably all year round.
